SHIPPING POLICY

STANDARD NATIONWIDE SHIPPING:

Each order is shipped within 2-4 working days with the delivery or collection time and fee determined at checkout. Communication and real-time tracking regarding your parcel will be provided as per the chosen delivery/collection option.

OVERNIGHT/PRIORITY SHIPPING:

For customers who urgently require their parcels to reach them in less than the standard time (excluding weekends and holidays), a flat rate fee will be charged at checkout. 

N.B. weekends and holidays are not considered as working days. Should there be any delays after the parcel has been shipped, IMARNN will not be liable.
